Rogeruethsgarden runs land excavation and site preparation for property owners across Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the surrounding Kootenai County towns. We handle the full earthwork scope on a single contract, from clearing a wooded parcel and grubbing the stumps to digging footings, trenching utilities, controlling drainage, and holding a finish grade tight to the plan. Homeowners, general contractors, and rural landowners all work with the same crew and the same machines.

The Panhandle throws a little of everything at a dig. A lot near Sherman Avenue may sit on tight clay, while acreage up toward Rathdrum runs to gravel and a shifting water table. That is why we walk each site first, file the 811 locate, and read the soil before a bucket moves.
